Vishal Technitex is a well-known Manufacturer, Supplier And Exporter of a wide range of Nonwoven Fabrics and Products of premium quality. Vishal Technitex Non-Woven was established in the year 2012 and is based in India’s most promising Textile City Surat.

The company has a State-of-the-Art Polypropylene Spun bond plant. The plant supplied by one of the leading and reputed manufacturer of machines is configured with all latest sophistication to ensure consistent quality. These machines are equipped with German parts to ensure high consistency in quality. The 3.2 mtr width of the machine will ensure high productivity, efficient use of power, minimize wastage and ensure optimum splitting of roll widths.

The entire plant is housed in a building made with specified Clean room conditions desired by the Medical and Hygiene applications of the product.

The World Class Equipment in the factory will ensure full capability to products for highly demanding applications of Medical Gowns, Drapes, Masks, Caps and all types of Medical disposables. The special configuration of the machine ensure meeting the exacting requirements of Spunbond and SMS Hydrophilic, Hydrophobic, Anti-bacterial finished fabrics required in Personal Hygiene industry for Sanitary Napkins, Baby Diaper, Adult Diaper and similar products. The machine is configured to take care of the requirements of Agricultural Nonwovens with high UV stability.
